New Employee Orientation
New employee orientation is intensive, paid two-week immersive training that connects new hires across all positions and programs to acclimate them to Seneca’s agency culture, educate new staff on our unique philosophy and clinical treatment model of Unconditional Care, and prepare them for the start of their career with Seneca.
