Complex Care Programs

Seneca Services Complex Care Programs

Overview

Seneca’s complex care programs are enhanced Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Programs (Enhanced STRTPs) that provide intensive, home-like care for young people who need a higher level of individualized support and specialized care than a traditional group home or foster care setting.

Approach

Seneca’s Enhanced STRTPs combine therapeutic structure with a warm, nurturing environment — ensuring that young people feel safe, cared for, and understood while receiving the treatment they need.

At Seneca, our Enhanced STRTPs are built around the belief that every child deserves both healing and belonging. We pair clinical expertise with genuine relationships, helping youth build resilience and envision a brighter future. With smaller, home-like settings serving only one to two youth at any given time, these programs provide stabilization and skill-building to help prepare young people for success in their next placement. Our highly individualized approach is grounded in collaboration with families, schools, and community partners, so youth experience consistent care across every part of their lives.
