Every child — regardless of ZIP code, family income, learning style, or past experiences — deserves access to a world-class education. Through direct academic, social-emotional, and behavioral services for students, and capacity-building support to schools and educators, Seneca works to foster inclusive schools and transform the educational experience of students across California and Washington.

Approach

Unconditional Education (UE) is a whole-school model that seeks to disrupt the cycle of poor achievement and exclusion by transforming schools into communities in which all students are welcomed and can thrive.

School Partnerships

Seneca’s school partnership programs impact over 6,000 students annually in more than 70 district and charter schools. Nine out of 10 school partners reported that students receiving UE support showed noticeable improvements in behavior, emotional regulation, and social connection. Seneca school partners consistently highlight our impact on campus climate, reflecting sentiments like: “Seneca has positively impacted our school community. The partnership we have is invaluable.
